FREE SHIPPING FOR U.S. ORDERS OVER $100
It takes approximately 24 hours to process all orders. The processing time is subject to change if there are any complications with the order. All US Orders take 2-7 Days to arrive. If an item is sold out, Dani Dymonds will contact you immediately to let you know about the arrival changes for your order.
Custom Orders can take 3-4 weeks to arrive. Please note that we are unable to alter all orders once they've been placed.

FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $100
We offer worldwide shipping and charge a flat rate of $14.99. All standard international orders are shipped via the DHL. The estimated International Delivery Time is 5-10 business days.
All prices on our site are in US dollars and charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion, your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time you place your order. All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.
If for any reason your item(s) are not deliverable and is returned to us, you will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fees if applicable). Be sure to double check your address.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once USPS or shipping carrier has marked your package as delivered. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and deliveries policy.
In the event that your jewelry arrives incorrect or damaged, all customers are granted a 30 day return period starting from the delivery date. Please contact shopdanidymonds@gmail.com as soon as possible with a photo of your items and you order number so that we can fix the issue for you!
